SPECS FOR READY-MADE ADS

• Please submit ads in four-color (CMYK) or greyscale PDF, tif, or jpg format at 300 ppi resolution.
• * If using Illustrator, convert all fonts to outlines.
• * Use 100 percent black for text. Please do not use process black.
• * For Photoshop files: On greyscale files, the darkest dark should be 86 percent and the lightest light should be 4 percent black. On CMYK files, adjust for a
  25 percent web press gain.
  
  

NEED US TO BUILD YOUR AD?

• If you need us to build your ad, the content deadline is 3pm central time on the Thursday before the week you want to run your ad. This allows our graphic department time to work up your ad and get it to you for final approval.
  
  

BY EMAIL:

• Photos should be sent as JPG. All logos, artwork, or text should be converted to TIFF or EPS file formats. Send each photo, logo, etc. separately.
  
• Use 100% black for your texas. DO NOT use process black for text!
• You must provide a specialty font if we do not have it in our font reserve. We use Macintosh and not all PC files are compatible.
  
  

BY MAIL

• We will match your specialty fonts as closely as possible. Or, we can scan your provided text and save it as artwork. We can scan your photos or logos, if provided. We do not charge extra for any artwork that we do.
